 ⁠Production time depends on quantity and customization. For regular wholesale orders, lead time is 2–4 weeks. For large or custom orders, please contact us for confirmation.

⁠Yes. Samples are available upon request. Sample fees and international shipping costs apply. Sample fees will be deducted from your first bulk order.

⁠We use sustainably sourced mahogany and teak wood, as well as repurposed coconut shells. All products are handmade by local artisans in Indonesia using natural materials.

 ⁠Yes, we offer custom engraving, logo branding, and eco-friendly packaging for hotels, retail stores, and corporate gifts. Custom MOQ and design fee may apply.

⁠Most of our products have an MOQ of 10–20 pieces per design. Custom orders or large items may require a higher MOQ. Please refer to our Wholesale Info page for details

Yes, we ship worldwide using trusted courier services (DHL, EMS, or sea freight for bulk orders). Shipping cost will depend on the destination and total volume.
