At Nalka Living, we welcome custom orders to help bring your ideas to life. To ensure smooth processing, please review the following terms:

Custom orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) which may vary depending on the product, material, and level of customization. Production will only begin after full design confirmation, including material, color, and packaging, is approved.

Typical lead time for custom items is around 2–6 weeks, not including shipping, and depends on the complexity and order size. Customers can personalize their orders with options such as:

• Laser-engraved names, initials, or logos

• Custom dimensions, colors, or shapes

• Special gift sets or packaging

We include up to two free design revisions. Additional changes may incur a fee.

To begin production, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipping.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started, as they are made exclusively for your request.

Worldwide shipping is available, and costs will depend on destination, volume, and chosen courier.
